Service Description

RoadLogic Journeys provides road trip planning and booking services. We design custom travel itineraries and facilitate bookings for accommodations, activities, and transportation as part of comprehensive road trip packages.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus $100 processing fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. RoadLogic Journeys is not responsible for trip interruptions due to weather, natural disasters, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

RoadLogic Journeys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any travel-related activities.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
